B | 收费站影像显示，凌晨两三点该车跟随前车冲离收费站，未生成通行扣费记录。 经与平台核实，逃费发生在瓜子员工向客户送车途中，属于工作人员冲卡逃费。王海向瓜子反馈后，平台表示会安排物流人员处理，一周后收费站确认有人完成远程补费。 车辆迟迟未过户，还直接影响了王海的车牌指标。该车原本占用燃油车指标，由于无法及时腾出指标为新车上牌，王海的新车最终使用新能源指标完成上牌，燃油车指标很可能永久失效。按当地行情，一个燃油车指标市场价值在1万至1.5万元，这部分损失难以直接追责。 合同显示，瓜子对逾期过户的赔付上限仅为2000元，且需过户完成后才能申请。黑猫投诉平台上，与“瓜子二手车过户”相关的投诉达43条，近半数涉及拖延过户，不少消费者因未按时过户无法申领置换补贴，损失普遍在万元左右，远高于平台最高2000元的赔偿上限。 瓜子客服对此回应称“规则就是这样的”，并透露超期后可能提出与卖家重签合同。王海担心车辆已被使用三个月，重签会导致压价，已予以拒绝。

D | 瓜子方面表示将尽快处理，但客服同时强调，交车后相关问题与原车主无关，对于过户逾期造成的置换补贴损失平台不承诺承担。
